Isaac Clarke
Isaac Clarke is a former ship system engineer and the Protagonist (Main Character) of the Dead Space Remake. He worked for Concordance Extraction Corporation and was a member of the maintenance team of USG Kellion, which was sent to the USG Ishimura with Kendra Daniels, Zach Hammond, and a crew of security personnel to investigate the communications failure of the USG Ishimura ship.
In Dead Space Remake, Isaac Clarke is trying to find his girlfriend Nicole Brennan whom is a medical specialist assigned to the USG Ishimura ship.
Kendra Daniels
Kendra Daniels was an Earth Government agent. She is working aboard USG Kellion as a computer specialist. She is a part of the emergency maintenance team of USG Kellion. She was sent to the USG Ishimura to help out Isaac Clarke with her good computer skills.
In Dead Space Remake she helps Isaac Clarke with her computer skills but secretly she is working on her own objective.
Zach Hammond
Zach Hammond is a Chief Security Officer and the leader of the emergency maintenance team. He leads the mission to repair the USG Ishimura. His main aim is to finish the mission and get off USG Ishimura alive.
Nicole Brennan
Nicole Brennan is a Medical Officer and the girlfriend of Isaac Clarke. She was assigned as one of the Senior Medical Officers on the Ishimura. She sent a video log to her boyfriend Isaac Clarke in which she talked about USG Ishimura’s unusual situation. Her video log volunteers the emergency maintenance team to track and repair the ship.
Dr. Challus Mercer
Dr. Challus Mercer is a Scientist and an Unitologist on the USG Ishimura. He believed that necromorphs are the next step in humanity’s evolution. He performs unethical experiments on the USG Ishimura’s patients according to his beliefs.
Dr. Terrence Kyne
Dr. Terrence Kyne is a Chief Science Officer at the USG Ishimura. He was also a high-ranking member of the Church of Unitology. He assigned a task to study and bring the Red Marker back to Earth. He studied and analyzed the Red Marker.
In Dead Space Remake, he contacts Isaac Clarke to help him to stop the necromorphs by returning the Red Marker to Aegis VII.
Benjamin Mathius
Benjamin Mathius is the Captain of the USG Ishimura and an Unitologist. The main mission of Benjamin Mathius was to retrieve the Marker from Aegis VII.
Dr. Elizabeth Cross
Dr. Elizabeth Cross is a Horticulturalist. She was assigned as a herbologist aboard the USG Ishimura. In Dead Space Remake she contacts Isaac directly via RIG communication when he is about to enter food storage.
She informs Isaac Clarke about the Leviathan and requests him to inject an enzyme into Weezers in order to weaken Laviathan and dump it into space. After Isaac Clarke successfully carried out this task and got rid of leviathan, she departs hydroponics to search for her boyfriend Jacob Temple.
Jacob Temple
Jacob Temple is an Acting-Chief Engineer aboard the USG Ishimura. He is in search of his girlfriend, Dr. Elizabeth Cross. During the venture through USG Ishimura, Isaac Clarke will find some audio logs that Jacob Temple left behind.
Corporal Chen
The full name of Corporal Chen is Aiden Chen. He is the pilot of USG Kellion and a member of the emergency maintenance team sent to the USG Ishimura, as a Security Officer.
Corporal Johnston
The full name of Corporal Johnston is Hailey Johnston. He is the co-pilot of the USG Kellion and a member of the emergency maintenance team sent to the USG Ishimura, as a Security Officer.
