What is Gum-Gum Rocket ability?
The main character and the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates are Monkey D. Luffy. Monkey D. Luffy ate Gum-Gum fruit. So, one of the unique abilities of Monkey D. Luffy is Gum-Gum Rocket ability. There are many places that seem to be unreachable. With other Straw Hat Pirates, it is very difficult to reach these far locations. But you can access these places with Monkey D. Luffy’s Gum-Gum Rocket ability (works as Grapple).
How to use Grapple (Gum-Gum Rocket ability) to cover the distant places in One Piece Odyssey?
The distant places will show a green-square on their edges. If you want to access these places, then switch your character to Monkey D. Luffy.
- Go to the edge of the place you want to cross. You will see a green-square.
- Hold the L2 button to aim and head towards the next green-square.
- Then, Press the R2 button to use the Gum-Gum Rocket ability to travel to the distant area.
