The Rift in Time Expansion in Disney Dreamlight Valley introduces a whole new adventure in the game with many more interesting quests, characters, and new biomes. Each of the quests is linked to each other. It would be best to collect many gems that will be utilized in further quests. On 5th December, 2023 Disney Dreamlight Valley introduces its major DLC expansion Known as A Rift in Time. Capybaras, Monkeys & and Cobras are new critters that you can befriend by feeding them their favorite food.
In this guide, we will discuss you to complete A Letter for Antonio.
This quest will start as you go to Wild Tangle and talk to Mirabel. She wants to do something for his cousin Antonio. She also wanted to send photographs of Capybaras with the letter. You need to find 5 different capybaras and take a picture of them with Mirabel. The 5 capybaras include:
- Classic Capybara
- Black and white Capybara
- Blue Stripped Capybara
- Gray spotted Capybara
- Red and White Stripped Capybara
Go to the Collection center in Eternity Isle go into Critters and check which of the Capybaras are available now on Eternity Isle as they are only available at a specific time.
Finding Blue Striped Capybara
The blue-striped Capybara is available in The Grove from 12 Am to 12 PM. Be sure first which critters are you looking for and whether will they be available at that time. The grove is in the Wild Tangle area. Move towards there and start searching for blue blue-striped capybara. Capybaras are not afraid of anything, so it’s easy to befriend them by feeding them their favorite food.
You can offer him Bamboo and befriend with it. but we need to take a picture of Mirabel with a blue-striped capybara. Take out the camera and take a picture. It doesn’t matter whether the Capybara is in the picture.
Finding Classic Capybara
Classic Capybara can be found on the west side of The Grassland. As soon as you see this capybara, take out the camera and take a picture with it by pressing “E”. Classic capybaras are available all the time in Eternity Isle in The Grassland.
Finding the Black and white Critter
The Black and white Capybara can be found in the Eternity Isle at any time of day or night in The Promenade. Sometimes it will not be available all day or night, you need to check it from the collection center in Critters. before searching for it.
Move into the Promenade area and start searching it on the northeast side. After searching, move closer to it and took a picture of Mirabel with the Black and white Capybara.
Gray Spotted Capybara
The Gray spotted Capybara can be found in The Lagoon at any time of the day or night if it is available on a specific date or time. Move to The Lagoon area on the southeast side of it near the Rocky Mountains.
Equip the camera and take a picture of Mirabel with this pretty Gray spotted Capybara.
Red and White Striped Capybara
To search for the Red and White Striped Capybara, first, we need to check if it’s available at the specific time that you are playing. If it is not available, you need to wait for it. This Capybara can be discovered in The Lagoon. It will be available from 10 pm to 6 pm. He is not here every day sometimes.
Move to the Lagoon on the southeast side of this area, there you can find one of its kind. Take out the camera and take a picture of the last Capybara of the quest.
Feeding the Capybara
Now talk to Mirabel and she will be asking for one more thing which is to feed the Capybara its Favorite food. Move to the Wild tangle and Offer the Capybara its favorite food. If you are not sure what the favorite food of Capybara, you need to ask Rapunzel for their favorite food. Move to the Courtyard to talk to Rapunzel. Cabbage is their Favorite food.
As the cabbage can be sold on 256 star coins and gives an energy of 142. But to complete the quest we need to offer cabbage to Capybara. After feeding Capybara, go talk to Mirabel and she will give you banana split and finally the quest is complete. This quest will take several days to complete as not all Capybaras are present at same time.
