Abilities of Sinistea
Sinistea Pokemon has two abilities:
- Weak Armor: When Sinistea hits by an attack, this ability helps to increase its speed by two stages.
- Cursed Body: When Sinistea hits by an attack, this ability helps to disable that attack with a 30% possibility.

The first one is South Province (Area Six): This is located around the city of Alfornada and contains the underground Alfornada Cavern.
The second great place to look for Sinistea is the East Province (Area Three): It is located in the north of Levincia, and you will almost certainly go through the city to get here. It connects to a small section of East Province (Area Two) in the east, as well as Tagtree Thicket in the northwest. You will find the town of Zapapico on the region’s western edge.

Once the HP of Sinistea will change to red, throw your Poke Ball to catch Sinistea.
How to evolve Sinistea
Phony Sinistea can be evolved into a Polteageist by obtaining Cracked Teapot from the vendor. But to evolve Antique Sinistea into a Polteageist, you will have to obtain Chipped Teapot from the vendor.
